Clément Courtier
Motion Equity Partners announces the promotion of Clément Courtier to Senior Associate within its team.
Clément graduated from ESCP Business School and started his career at Motion Equity Partners in 2021 as an Analyst, after completing internships in Restructuring at CACIB and in Transaction Services at Eight Advisory. Clément works with several portfolio companies of Motion of which Polaris (a leading biotech company specialized in the production of highly concentrated microalgae-based omega-3), Axience (a leading French veterinary laboratory), Tournaire (a global player in high-performance industrial packaging), Olmix (a global player in natural solutions for agriculture), and Omni-Pac (a European player specialized in molded fiber packaging).
In 2026, Clément was notably involved in the acquisition of Polaris (majority deal alongside the Management team) as well as in the sale of Olmix.
Specialized in the mid-market segment, Motion gathers 18 professionals and manages over €1.2bn in assets, with 10 portfolio companies currently under management.
