Motion Equity Partners continues its development and promotes three of its associates: Alexandre Le Chevallier is promoted Principal, Bethsabée Msika Senior Associate and finally Clément Courtier Associate.

Alexandre Le Chevallier began his career at Motion Equity Partners in 2014. He has actively supported Minlay (transformation of a French dental laboratory into a European consolidation platform) and Altaïr (creation of a platform of specialist cleaning product brands on a European scale). During 2023, Alexandre was notably involved in the acquisition of Banook (a specialist in the evaluation of the cardiac safety of drug candidates) and the pursuit of ambitious development for Learnation (edtech specialized in digital language training). Alexandre is also ESG Manager at Motion Equity Partners. He is a graduate of EDHEC business school.

Bethsabée Msika joined Motion Equity Partners in 2020, after two years in Transaction Services at Deloitte. In particular, she supported the development of Atlas For Men (European D2C platform) and Learnation. She was also involved in the acquisition of Banook, as well as in the deployment of the international external growth strategy of the HolwegWeber (world leader in sustainable packaging solutions) and Minlay groups until their sale at the end of 2022. Bethsabée is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and ESCP.

Clément Courtier began his career with Motion Equity Partners in 2021. He follows Tournaire (a global player in high-performance industrial packaging), Olmix (a global player in natural solutions for agriculture) and Omni-Pac (a European player in molded cellulose packaging). He is a graduate of ESCP.

These new promotions will enable Motion Equity Partners to actively pursue the deployment of its historic investment strategy and support the transformation of French flagships into international champions. Motion had already strengthened its team earlier in the year with the recruitment of two analysts, Pamela Duka and Charlotte Marie, and a financial controller, Clara Carcassonne. The Motion team now numbers 15 professionals and has €1bn+ under management, with 8 companies currently in the portfolio.
