The Group has a diversified B2B client base of large corporate customers, SMEs and Education institutions with both Paas (Platform-as-a-service) and Blended Learning (videos and e-learning tools) offerings.

Between December 2020 and December 2021, Motion Equity Partners consolidated four companies to create the leading platform of digital language training and recruited a Group CEO to unify these companies, implement synergies, and build a Top Management team.
