Résilians is proud to announce the acquisition of Talensis, the repair and engineering division of Group Tabatabai, which includes Renfortec, Solinjection, Determinant, Diagstructure and Datterberg.
Résilians, the French leader in emergency assistance and post-disaster renovation, announces the acquisition of Talensis, a leading player in repair engineering andground treatment for construction, specialized works and civil engineering.
Since September 2021, Résilians has been supported by the Private Equity fund Motion Equity Partners to accelerate its geographical expansion and broaden its service offering by creating a robust acquisition and integration platform. The Group’s ambition is to become the leading post-disaster renovation company in France, leveraging a distinctive model recognized by insurers. Following three years of strong organic growth and geographical expansion, Résilians is entering a new phase of development with the acquisition of Talensis.
This acquisition, pending approval from competition authorities, will position Résilians as a key player in post-disaster renovation and reflects a shared vision: to provide increasingly innovative and efficient solutions for the post-disaster sector (damage and construction) while supporting insurers and experts across the entire value chain.
Thanks to their complementarity, Résilians and Talensis enhance their ability to respond quickly with a comprehensive range of technical and sustainable solutions. These include diagnostics, engineering, project management, specialized works (such as strengthening weakened structures and underpinning), emergency interventions and complex rehabilitations following major events like natural disasters, fires or other large-scale incidents.
Résilians relies on a robust network of 60 agencies and 1,500 employees, carrying out over 100,000 interventions annually across France. These interventions span a wide range of services, from emergency protective measures to the complete renovation of buildings.
Talensis is a leading player in repair engineering and ground treatment in construction, specialized works and civil engineering. The division has a unique and recognized expertise in innovation, offering cutting-edge solutions through numerous patents, including two proprietary technologies. Talensis, with 350 employees, will continue to be led by Charles Tabatabai, who joins the Strategic Management Committee of Résilians.
By prioritizing restoration, recycling and repair over replacement in the context of post-disaster damage, the combined Group will contribute to providing sustainable solutions to those affected by disasters.

A shared ambition for the future
Anthony Baudoin, Partner at Motion Equity Partners adds : “By joining forces, Résilians and Talensis affirm the ambition of the Group: to address the changes in the post-disaster market with speed and efficiency, while continuing to innovate in order to better serve all clients in the insurance, industrial, and public works sectors.
